Job Overview:

 

As a Campus Sales Representative for Stole Squad, you will serve as the primary connection between our company and campus organizations. Your role is to introduce student organizations to our custom stoles, help them place orders, and earn commissions for each sale. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity perfect for self-motivated students passionate about making an impact on campus and earning money in the process.

 

Responsibilities:

• Promote Stole Squad: Proactively reach out to campus organizations, student clubs, Greek life chapters, and other groups to introduce Stole Squad's custom graduation stoles.

• Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with campus leaders and decision-makers in student organizations.

• Facilitate Orders: Guide organizations through the customization and ordering process, ensuring their designs represent their group’s unique identity.

• Meet Sales Goals: Work independently to achieve sales targets and earn commission-based rewards.

• Campus Marketing: Utilize creative marketing strategies, including social media, word-of-mouth, tabling, and events, to generate interest and drive sales.

• Provide Feedback: Share insights about campus trends and customer feedback with Stole Squad’s team to improve our products and services.

 

Compensation:

• Earn $5–$8 commission per stole sold (exact amount depends on order size and specific terms).

• Potential for additional bonuses and incentives for top-performing reps.

 

Qualifications:

​

• Currently enrolled at a college or university (or recent alum).

• Strong involvement in campus organizations, with existing relationships in the campus community.

• Excellent communication and networking skills.

• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.

• Sales or marketing experience is a plus, but not required.
